Job Description
To assist the management in Administration and Commercial Services, including the following: Commercial Handling Import & Export, Customs, etc, liaise with Clearing Agent. Handling Industries, Commerce, Port, Pollution Control, Environment Oil Ministry & other related rules regulations and Laws. Responsible for procurement of materials, Stores etc., Sales Order Processing, invoicing etc. Administration Comply with Labour, Immigration Industries, HSE & other related rules regulations and Laws. Taking care of Employees payroll, welfare, leave, travel, disciplinary matters, personal records, Passports, Visas & other Expatriate employment & residency matters, and liaise with PRO / Consultant. Responsible for relationship with Government agencies, comply with legal and regulatory requirements and advise on all areas of non-compliance.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Skills and Abilities: Graduate (preferably post graduate) Preferred age group : 30-40 Good presentation skills with effective interpersonal skills Interact with all levels and maintain good rapport both within various plants / offices of the group as well as with authorities and outside world. English: Reading, writing - excellent Arabic knowledge: preferred Driving License - Bahrain or GCC is a must. Bahrain or GCC experience in a similar role is a must.
