Job Description
Our client is one of the largest and leading financial institutions in the Middle East and the third largest in terms of assets in Saudi Arabia. The Bank currently manages over SR70 Billion in assets with a consistent pattern of annual growth. They maintain one of the largest banking networks with over 200 Branches, 800+ ATMs and 8, 000+ Point of Sale Terminals. Our client is looking for DWH Business Analysts for their EDW project to assist them in the INSIGHT Program related to DWH implementation. The job involves active roles in Business Requirements Analysis, definition and direction by working collaboratively with business community (Retail and Corporate divisions); gather requirements that define purpose, scope, boundaries and issues related to DWH business requirements.

Profile Qualification Requirements
• 5 to 7 years progressive business analysis experience in financial industry (Retail and Corporate banking) , supporting medium to large-size projects
• Explicit business knowledge in the Finance / Banking industry
• Excellent experience and knowledge of requirements management plan and detail requirements specification
• Excellent experience and knowledge of DWH data model, data objects, BI application and data warehouse solution including technical platforms, RDBMS (Oracle), ETL tools, data mining and reporting BI tools.
• Knowledge of Information Management Architecture.
• Facilitation skills to conduct effective meeting and workshops.
• Interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with vendor, project stakeholders, colleagues, industry peers and project team both written and verbal.
• Deductive skills to interpret and anticipate Business Requirements, project risk and issues.
• Analysis skill: strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills with attention to details.
• SDLC knowledge and experience with SDLC life cycle.
• Communication skills - well developed interpersonal and communication skills backed with conflict management, negotiation to communicate effectively with all relevant parties as required. Detailed Description of Services
• Active participant in all phases of the project life cycle and will be required to work closely with a variety of internal and external business partners to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented, and met.
• Act as requirements project lead for the DWH project, directing and coordinating requirements project staff and activities
• Analysis and evaluation of user business Change Requests (CRs)
• Lead research and system functional analysis activities.
• Capture, analyze and document business and user requirement
• Work closely with Data Quality team to analyse, define efforts required and identify impact on systems involved.
• Develop, adapt and shares business and technical knowledge with business community and DWH application team.
• Translate high level business requirements into operational tasks to prepare project documentations by adhering to Bank's SDLC.
• Participate in workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, problem solving, decision making and task implementation.
• Identify customers needs for enhancements to existing DWH applications
• Ensure that the system design is compatible with Bank's objectives.
• Participate in the measurement and simplification of users requirements.
• Mapping of current processes into DWH application.
• Coordinate with the project team and raise data quality issues.
• Review the validity of assigned CRs and prepare the Impact Statement Form.
• Attend and participate in CRB meetings to ensure approval of requested CRs
• Document of CRs progress throughout CRs lifecycle
• Monitor approval of CRF in order to start working on any new requirements.
• Ensure tracking of CRs from initiation to production.
• Coordinate with Technical and Operational support units, as appropriate to the position
• Participate in the deliverables review process with DWH team to ensure business requirements correctness
• The consultant should handle any other tasks assigned related to the position as required by the Bank's program team.
