Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for metering / measurement systems auditing, verification and calibration services;

• Assist Metering and Instrumentation (M&I) Manager as required in performance of service activities.

Main Activities.

• To undertake commissioning activities for gas and liquid measurement systems;

• To undertake one-off and routine on-site verification and calibration activities for gas and liquid measurement in accordance with client needs;

• Assist with marketing of SGS metering capability in conjunction with OGC and M&I Managers;

• ensure compliance with applicable procedures for design review, document control, drawing management, procurement, factory acceptance testing, commissioning, start-up, and client handover;

• To ensure client satisfaction;

• To provide hand-on expertise on an occasional basis as required by the business;

• To maintain a comprehensive knowledge of current standards and codes of practice.

Desired Candidate's Profile

Profile

• Broad experience of flow measurement and instrumentation projects, in particular the requirements for gas metering calibration and verification;

• Good academic qualifications e.g. B.Sc. B.Eng. or any relevant engineering diploma or degree.
