MANAGER REVENUE & PRICING STRATEGY


Job Purpose:



  • The job entails in managing the Revenue & Pricing Strategy
    Department comprising 15-20 individuals among the following sections:
    Pricing Strategy, Revenue Management & Group Strategy, Revenue
    Integrity and Reporting & Analysis (MIS).

  • Responsible for the strategic guidelines of revenue management,
    including pricing strategy, pricing guidelines and fare class
    structure, revenue integrity policy, efficient filing of fares,
    integrity of work processes, and providing appropriate management
    information.

  • Ensure high accuracy overall business performance follow-up, high
    quality reporting and analysis, forecasting and budgeting, Market
    modeling and medium term & long term business strategy building.


Qualifications and Requirements:



  • The candidate must be a graduate of four-year university degree in
    a technical/quantitative programme (Economics, Operations Research,
    Mathematics, Computer Science / Engineering), a graduate degree
    (Masters, Ph.D.) is a plus.

  • He / she must have minimum of 6 years of relevant working
    experience (3 years in a management role, 3 years in revenue
    management) with dexterity in O&D forecasting and optimisation,
    Business Intelligence applications (e.g. Business Objects), and usage
    of airline relevant data sources, e.g. MIDT, PaxIS, BSP, etc.

  • Background in airline sales, revenue management and / or strategy
    development, solid theoretical / practical knowledge of Revenue
    Management and Pricing are essential requirements for the job.

  • The candidate must possess proven leadership and project management
    experience, strong strategic thinking with ability to drive improvement
    of Revenue Management outcomes through implementation of strategy and
    improvement of processes.
