Job Description

1. Establish new contacts with potential clients in the construction industry to increase company rental volume business.

2. Follow up with existing clients with the objective of retaining their business.

3. Visits sites where company cranes are deployed to keep abreast of new requirements for cranes and other client needs.

4. Monitor company cranes in operation and provide feedback and recommendations to supervisor/manager and client.

5. Monitor activity within the construction industry to pinpoint companies awarded jobs and target them as potential clients.

6. Assist in clients' crane requirement assessments in coordination with Ejar's Sales & Marketing manager.

7. Assist in the Market Analysis studies by compiling budget for intended government spending & the awarded projects listing.

8. Provide summaries of own estimation of expected volume of sales that may be expected.

9. Preparation and Compilation of documents and technical data deemed necessary to present quotations and proposals to potential clients.

10. Analyze clients' enquiry documents, issuing clarification requests.

11. Review and assess existing availability of company assets in light of enquiry documents, forecasting future volume vs. available releases.

12. Estimation of manpower and resources required to deploy company assets.

13. Preparation of crane deployment cost estimates.

14. Preparation of Technical Proposal deliverables.

15. Study client enquiry documentation in order to:

a) Gain clear overall understanding,

b) Negotiate responsibilities matrix with clients and

c) Recommend relevant lifting solutions to clients.
