Job Description Looking for Transmission Engineers (Technologies: hiT 7060, 7035, & 7030).
Profile
Languages: English is a must and Arabic will be a plus point. Monitor the hiT 7060, 7035, & 7030 network elements of the Transmission network. Work on 24/7 shift schedule including weekends and holidays on 6 days x 8 hours basis (total 48 hours/week). Very good trouble shooting skills, capable candidates who can interface with different groups like field support, TAC support, STC management, and surveillance groups from other technologies. Handle faults from end to end by dispatching field support and escalating problems to TAC team when needed. Very good English skills (spoken & written).
