Job Description

The successful candidate will install, repair and maintain environmental systems in a safe manner. These systems include water source heat pumps, rooftop units, critical area mechanical support systems, hydraulic systems with multiple pumps, boilers, cooling towers and chilled water systems. Comply with OSHA and facility safety programs to include hot work permits, facility work permits and lockout/tagout procedures. Identify materials required, provide material list and purchase materials for maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
