Job Description
Training specialist should have knowledge and experience of having worked on different aspects relating to the training function which would include:
o Knowledge of training methodologies and best practices
o Conducting training needs analysis o Leading the development of curriculum and course content so that the learning design, delivery, and tools used are appropriate for the target training group
o Designing effective evaluation mechanisms and to monitor the quality of training programmes conducted
o Assessing the impact of training by using appropriate tools so as to be able to take corrective measures to ensure transfer of learning
o Suggesting alternative ways of enhancing learning including ‘learning by doing,' hand-holding, mentoring
o Developing suitable reporting and data formats so that a database is built up over time
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to build customer and client relationships
• Ability to take on multi-task work independently and with problem solving skills
• Commitment to quality To analyze the operational training requirement for new and current Processes
To work with the
training & operations to transition participants from Aspire training to product training & operations To design and develop additional or bespoke training materials based on training needs analysis and operations requirement. Training delivery To deliver Aspire training Programs focusing on communication skills, computers & customer service. To assess, certify and report on learner performance Training Maintenance and Quality control Identifiy & rectifies gaps in the training program to increase training effectiveness Prepares and circulates weekly reports on content, methodology & training effectiveness & steps taken to improve it. Maintains records of training activities, monitors the effectiveness of training programs and follows up on pre and post training evaluations. To undertake project work as required by the Training Manage
