Job Description


 Communicate ideas that may improve the service given to customers or other aspects of the business, from information obtained through customer feedback;


 Deliver services to customers;


 Maintain and project a positive personal and organizational image;


 Handle angry, abusive or rude customers effectively and continues to provide service;


 Maintain service when systems go wrong or break down;


 Process customer care information by storing, retrieving and supplying information when required both manually and electronically;


 Exercise discretion and confidentiality when dealing with customer information.
