Job Description
• Plan organize manage and control the department activities (portfolio) and resources in order to ensure optimal results• Plan organize lead and monitor business development plans and programs in order to meet targeted results. Based on market information meet and negotiate with customers in order to add good quality assets to the bank's portfolio.• Identify and monitor actual and potential risk and take proactive measures in order to control bank's exposure.• Improve portfolio profitability by expansion of fee based income.• Provide advise guidance and direction to the department staff on corporate business. Manage the department's credit training programs and develop credit skills. Expand personal skill set through in house training• Define plan orgainse and monitor the services delivered to customers in order to build and sustain customer satisfaction.• Ensure internal, CBO guidelines and procedures are strictly followed in order to protect bank's interest, avoid losses due to documentation problems and criticism by internal, external and CBO auditors• Support bank wide initiatives to control / reduce operational expense.
Education
Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management )
