Job Description

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients

• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS

• Supervises and maintains control of multiple engagements, including scheduling of work, supervision of staff, billing and realization of profitability.

• Involvement in strategic planning of the audit to ensure awareness of key risks and understanding of internal controls.

• Timely review of working papers, draft financials and audit report.

• Demonstrates strong technical skills to conduct reviews of financial statements, disclosures and other complex accounting matters.

• Take a leading role in the close down of the audit process.

• Responsible for ensuring quality of work produced is as per the expectations of the firm.

• Serves as a major point of contact with the client during the engagement and is responsible to ensure client is satisfied. Works with client to strengthen relationship and actively seeks opportunities to provide additional services.

• Train, mentor and evaluate team members and be actively involved in their development.
