Job Description
Monitoring the daily collection and deposits to bank and liability to suppliers, ensuring updating of receipts and payment vouchers on daily basis. Laison with bankers for deposits of cash/cheque collection and issues to suppliers. Processing of Sales and Purchase orders, invocies and receipts, preparation of LC doucments, Monthly cash flow statements, Active participation in monthly stock count, reconciling stock in hand as per GL. Preparation of Bank Reconcilation statements, Finalization of GL accounts and Liason with Internal & External Auditors. Preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet and MIS for the management.
Education
Basic - Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce )
