Job Description

- Must have good experience in the areas of accounting , treasury , MIS , raising of funds , dealing with banks, forex management , working capital management and financial planning and budgeting .

- Must have dealt with statutory auditors at the highest level .

- Experience in analyzing and recommending to management new projects for approval .

- Experience in companies of the size of Rs. 1000 crores desirable. Must be in a position to analyze the financials as well as the operational performance of the company and suggest areas of improvement / action.

Education

Basic - Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - Chartered Accountant ( Chartered Accountant , Chartered Accountant )
