Job Description


1. Ensure that accounting for all transactions and reconciliations related to all shops, Whole sale department, Factory, Workshop and H.O are carried out as per the Work Schedule.


2. Ensure that the reconciliation of transactions with Damas LLC (Dubai) completed in time without discrepancy.


3. Preparation of various MIS Reports


a) Anaylsis of sales and stock


b) Monthly profitability statement as per time line


c) Finalisation of accounts on quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis


d) Any other report as may be required by management time to time


4. Ensure Proper control over the inventory in Oman region through periodical stock taking and addressing discrepancies.


5. Ensure that all cash and bank transactions are carried out with proper approvals


6. Ensure that the collections from shops, deposit into bank and remittance to HO are carried out as per time schedule.


7. Ensuring collection of credit card receivables in time and co-ordination with banks.


8. Ensuring timely Completion of audits


9. Preparation of Budget


10. Analysis of budget variance and timely reporting of major deviations


11. Grooming of team members and follow up for work completion by them as per agreed time line


12. Conduct performance appraisal of team members in fair manner


13. Strict adherence to internal polices and guidelines


14. Ensuring proper and smooth co-ordination with other departments


15. Any other function as may be assigned by the management from time to time


Education


Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - Chartered Accountant ( Chartered Accountant , Chartered Accountant )
