Job Description

Position: Shovel Operator Reports to: Production Charge Hands Section: Production - Precast ( Casting ) Direct Reports: N/A Internal Working Relations: Production, Maintenance , Safety, Stores External Working Relations: Shovel Manufacturer Key Objectives of the Job: Responsible for operating the shovel Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning & Grazing the shovel

2. Operating the Shovel

3. Transferring materials from the stock area to the shovel.

4. Helping inside the plant site when needed

5. Arranging raw materials from stock area to production

6. Keep the equipment in well condition

7. Performs any reasonable instruction given by his superior.

8. Creative problem solving skills

9. Maintenance of the shovel equipment would be an advantage

10. Aware of the spare parts and consumables for the shovel Job Requirements:

Technical Competencies:

1. Valid Driving license of Shovel

2. Can follow instructions Minimum Experience: 1 to 2 years related experience Minimum Education: Primary Education
