Job Description

1. Oracle ERP Support for the users (exposure to Oracle 1Ii or Oracle EBS)

2. Install, configure, support and maintain Windows PCs, Test benches (HYD) and Servers

3. Administer Windows 2003/2008 servers

4. Administer active directory and network infrastructure

5. Configure and administer Cisco routers in LAN/WAN environment

6. Configure all necessary routings and switching services to ensure connectivity across all branches (leased lines, VPN, Cisco NAT)

7. Setup exchange server/Mdaemon/Webmail and configure the same with Outlook and Outlook Express and maintain

8. Troubleshoot all sorts of hardware and networking problems

9. Coordinate with vendors and management for hardware/network equipment procurement and negotiations

10. Fair knowledge of UNIX, LINUX and Communication Systems

11. Knowledgeable in firewall configuration

12. Knowledgeable in DHCP, DNS, VPN, FTP and PROXY servers

13. Knowledgeable in TCP/IP (including SMTP, POP3, FTP, HTTP, PPP)

14. Company website maintenance and coordination for enhancement

15. Install and configure printers, modems and UPS 16. Maintain a log of the daily tasks and requests
