Job Description Position QA / QC Inspector Division QHSE Location Dubai Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

� To carry out routine inspection ( in process and final ) of deck machinery , Conversant with ASME Certification requirements for Fabrication units .

� To ensure complete identification & traceability of all incoming steel together with regular material identification.

� Carry out multistage weld visual inspection and welding audits .

� Prepare and Qualify Welding Procedures and Welder Performance Testing .

� Liaise with Class Societies , Third Party Inspection Agencies, Customer Inspectors for In-process and Final Inspections.

� Liaise with NDT labs for periodic NDT requirements.

� Develop Quality procedures, Method Statements , Inspection & Quality Plans � Carry out Internal Audits in line with the QHSE MS.

� Ensure the implementation and compliance of the QHSE MS

� Review NDT results and install corrective actions for reworks .

� Monitor and ensure welder Performance against Weld repair rates .

� Conduct Supplier / Sub-Contractor Evaluations & Audits
