Job Description

Looking after the entire HR operations of the company. Making sure the HR system and process are followed. Taking care of day to day issues related to HR. Handling entire recruitment cycle of the company. Mapping current opening and available resource to meet the recruitment no. Understanding the requirements for the departments. Downloading the info to the sourcing team. Taking care of the screening process and HR round of interviews Selection and inducting the new joinee. Essential Skillsets -

Education

PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt ( HR/Industrial Relations )
