Job Description

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end; coordinate and manage multiple trades and project team members to ensure a high level of quality; develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents; Overall project execution, including monitoring project schedules, work assignments, budgets, & manpower expenditures; Track the project against the schedule, budget & phase review objectives and give a status report to the customer & executive staff on a regular basis; Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Profile

Graduate B.E. Civil Engineering; 15 years and above of experience in a senior leadership position; experience in leading and managing complex projects that are strategic in nature and national in scope; Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget; Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Superior communication and interpersonal.
Experience 15 – 25 years
Education Basic – Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Civil )
