Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility

JavaScript/JQuery (or similar framework)

Bonus points:

Linux/Apache server administration

Flex/Flash/ActionScript experience

Experience with JSP, Classic ASP or ASP.NET

Capability to produce valid HTML emails in a variety of email clients

Working knowledge of Dreamweaver

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with small team in the entire web development lifecycle

Create web templates using XHTML/CSS/JavaScript

Develop backend functionality
